Each building has a trash room located in the basement and the townhomes are to place their items out no earlier than the afternoon prior to the morning pick-up the following day.

As noted in the Rules and Regulations, dogs, cats and other domestic animals are allowed.
All dogs are to be leashed and owners must clean up after them as necessary.
Cats, when outside, must have owner identification tags to distinguish them from strays.
All licensing, leashing laws and rabies inoculations are under jurisdiction of Animal Control of Prince George’s County.
Yes. Unit owners who rent their homes must include in the lease the requirement that the tenant adhere to the Bylaws, Rules & Regulations of the Condominium.
No unit may be rented for any period less than 12 months.
Unit owners must provide Abaris Realty with a copy of the lease with name and phone numbers of lessee.
